24-month warranty on Ideagroup bathroom furniture

Ideagroup guarantees its products for 24 months from the date of delivery to the retailer.
The warranty covers damage caused by:

• defective materials present at the time of manufacture;
• manufacturing defects;
• assembly errors.

What is not covered:

• water damage: swelling of wooden parts caused by prolonged water ingress, typically resulting from inadequate sealing during installation.
• normal wear and tear: scratches resulting from normal daily use.
• improper cleaning: damage caused by harsh chemical cleaning products or abrasive scouring pads.
• incorrect installation: damage resulting from failure to install the product in accordance with the enclosed instructions.

The warranty does not cover direct or indirect damage to persons or property, nor does it cover costs associated with the installation or removal of damaged parts.
