Dolcevita and ViaCondotti: a new evolution in design

Dolcevita and ViaCondotti, two iconic Ideagroup collections designed by Riccardo Gava, the Group’s Designer and Art Director, evolve to embrace new materials and a fresh design language.

Both bathroom furniture collections achieve a sophisticated balance between meticulous craftsmanship and the distinctive character of the materials. In the Dolcevita collection, modular elements are defined by soft, flowing surfaces that evoke the movement of a wave, while in the ViaCondotti collection, the fronts and side panels are enhanced by a fluted, three-dimensional texture inspired by pleated fabric. In both collections, light and shadow engage in an ever-changing interplay of reflections and visual echos, transforming movement into a defining architectural element.

Today, this distinctive graphic motif extends to marble, further enhancing the balance between design, aesthetics and functionality. The geometric pattern brings out the inherent character of the material while enhancing the proportions of the storage units. Marble is thus revealed in its most authentic essence: living, tactile, and evocative. 

A further new feature is the possibility of creating handleless furniture combinations, which can also feature the Riga handle (0.6 cm thick) integrated into the fronts.
