Cubik evolves: an ongoing dialogue between form and function

Designed in 2009 by Ideagroup’s Designer and Art Director, Riccardo Gava, Cubik is distinguished by the signature 45-degree bevelled edges of its handleless doors and drawers. This defining feature creates a seamless, minimalist aesthetic that has established the collection as a benchmark in Italian and international bathroom furniture design. The collection has since evolved with new modular configurations and finishes, designed to meet increasingly sophisticated design requirements while responding to contemporary lifestyles that call for greater storage capacity.

New open base and wall units have been added to the collection, providing greater storage capacity and enhanced design flexibility. Featuring Cubik’s signature 45-degree edge, they ensure seamless visual continuity across the entire range.

The collection now offers an even broader selection of finishes, including premium natural materials expertly crafted to ensure a continuous wood grain pattern across the fronts and end panels, together new Unicolor HPL laminate finishes featuring ‘marble-effect’ and solid ‘powder-effect’ surfaces. Expanding the collection’s design versatility even further, the 45-degree aluminium-framed fronts are now available in the full range of Ideagroup matt and Metal Colour finishes, opening up countless colour combinations. The fronts can also be complemented by applied glass panels, available in glossy or etched back-lacquered finishes, as well as in Stopsol glass, transparent grey etched glass and the distinctive three- dimensional ribbed Flutes glass.
